Allama Iqbal Shikwa Poetry In Urdu And English

Dr. Iqbal utilized magnificent Urdu vocabulary in this ballad and featured accomplishments of Muslims. In Shikwa, he played an abused and disappointed Muslim who is being griping to Allah Almighty. In its subsequent part, he accepted if Allmighty Lord Himself is tending to this grumbling Muslim and offering an explanation to his dissent. Sadly, rather than getting some bring up of this magnificent work, some inflexible and intolerant supposed Muslim researchers of that time announced Dr. Iqbal an insubordinate disapproved of individual who is being discourteous to God. Be that as it may, over the long haul, this ballad demonstrated its value and it is as yet material for the entire Muslim world even today.

Kyun Ziyaan Kar Banun, Sood Framosh Rahun
 Fikr-e-Farda Na Karum, Mahw-e-Ghum-e-Dosh Rahun

Why shuld i chose the loser's role? Forbear to seek what gain i may?
Nor things of what the morrow holds, But brood o'er woes of yesterday?
